About The Role
As the Academy Data Administrator you will be supporting in arranging, organising and communicating  the results of the Academy Induction training as well as producing associated reports. You will be a confident communicator who will be required to engage on a daily basis with managers, designers and stakeholders via telephone and email. The role of the Academy Administrator is exciting, fast pace and pivotal to the success of onboarding retail employees.
 
Main Responsiblites:
  • To play a crucial part in ensuring we deliver a world class induction and a fantastic onboarding experience for all retail employees
  • Organise and schedule webinar training
  • Update online training records
  • Update internal training trackers
  • Create and submit weekly and monthly reports
  • Support the coordination and scheduling of the Academy Induction Programme
  • Communicate and liaise with showroom management

About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
  • Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular intermindate/advaced Excel
  • Previous experience of working in a training environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to self-manage including effective time/diary management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Hands on positive attitude
