About The Role
To complement our huge expansion plans for 2021 and onwards, we are currently recruiting for Business Systems Analysts to join the Wren family at our state-of-the-art Head Office facility.

You will be someone with at least 2 plus years’ experience working on ERP/MRP software. As a Business Systems Analyst you will knowledge and skills to assist with business change in different departments within Wren Kitchens. 

Wren is a fast paced, innovative company built on people who drive the business forwards. This allows roles like our Business Systems Analyst to work on exciting projects with our internal and third- party IT development teams. Based at our Head Office, The Nest, our Business Systems Analyst will work with many stakeholders and across varied departments to capture business requirements.  

Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Use Agile and Waterfall principles to capture the requirements and gain a deep understanding of what the business needs
  • Assess the impact of change requests on projects and identify the risks and benefits from their implementation
  • Presenting strategy, process and product features to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Working within multi-disciplinary teams to ensure deliverables meet specified requirements
  • Work with the IT test team to ensure that the requirements deliverables are understood and can be quality assured
  • Create appropriate documentation that will facilitate the development process.
  • Analysing business benefits and values pre and post project delivery
  • Documenting process flows

About You
Desired skills and knowledge:
 
  • 2+ Years’ experience working within ERP/MRP software (i.e. SAP, IFS, Salesforce, Dynamics)
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of ERP functional area for finance, order management, warehousing and manufacturing
  • Experience in ERP project implementation with successful "go lives"
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to self-prioritise 
  • Manage configuration and operation of an ERP system to provide functional support in at least one key business area
  • An excellent understanding of all Microsoft applications
