About The Role

Critical purpose of the role:

  • Ensure availability for template surveys.
  • Manage workload for the field-based team to make sure all orders are templated within a resonable timeframe.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the field team to maintain high standards of work.
  • Sustain correct staffing levels by recruiting template surveyors for geographical areas based on historical and forecasted demand.
  • Seen as the expert and go to person within the business for templating and specialist worktop related querries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for Template Surveyors
  • Maintain suitable staffing and recruitment levels within geographical areas.
  • Develope and improve knowledge within the field-based team.
  • Conduct audit sessions to guarantee templating standards are met.
  • Improve efficiencies by providing constructive feedback on opportunities identified with the planner, systems and training.
  • Provide training and support to the relevant Template Surveyors when errors are identified.
  • Work alongside the Template Surveyor Administrators to effectively manage the team.
  • Uphold strong communication channels with the General Showroom Managers within the retail department.
