About The Role
As the Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator you will be part of the expanding Online Learning Team and will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and support for the organisation’s Learning Management System.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the early stages of development and implementation of a new LMS within the organisation. As such, you will be a result driven individual, with a passion for delivery business change effectively and efficiently.
Main Responsiblities:
  • Undertake and coordinate the overall system administration of the LMS, including setting permissions, configurations, producing reports, uploading eLearning materials and monitoring usage
  • Define user roles and create effective and accurate learning programmes
  • Collaborate and assist with a variety of stakeholders in implementing and using the LMS in their areas
  • Collaborate in making courses and course content functional in LMS
  • Understand and fix LMS issues concerned with LMS design, infrastructure, or configuration, being the first point of contact for any LMS related issues
  • Organise and manage several tasks or projects with concurrent time-sensitive deadlines

About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
  • Experience of project management ideally related to education or technology
  • Good level of IT knowledge and the ability to develop in competence to use new software quickly
  • Previous experience of working with Learning Management Systems (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced organisational and time management skills
  • Dedicated approach to work, with a readiness to work on a given task over and over again, in order to come up with an impeccable solution
  • Ability to self-manage including effective time/diary management
  • Excellent attention to detail
