About The Role
Main responsibilities
  • Travelling to all new showrooms
  • Manage the showroom fit out procss from bid to opening
  • Coordinate all contractors carrying out the fit out of the new showrooms
  • Manage the deliveries of stock required for the fit out of new showrooms
  • Site management of contractors on site
  • Dealing with any site questions
  • Ensuring that the installation out is carried out according to drawings
About You
  • Previous experience of project management is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Passion to take ownership of a project from start to finish
  • Ability to travel to new showrooms opening around the North East of America
  • Ability to effectively organise and prioritise workload
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and AIA contracts
