About The Role
We are recruiting for a Goods-In Manager to work at our brand new, state of the art factory in Barton-upon-Humber. Training will take place at our existing factory until the new Barton site is due to open. The role will be 4 days a week on a 6-day rota from Monday to Saturday, 06:00-16:45.


Main responsibilities:


  • Assess staffing resources and effectively organise workflow to ensure all tasks within the department are carried out by a competent member of the team and to the highest standard
  • Conducting team briefs to clearly communicate targets, achievements, improvements, and business change to all team members
  • Being accountable for all incoming goods deliveries and quality checks.
  • Ensure all defects on MHE are reported to the correct contractor and ensure the work is carried out to the highest standard, ensuring all equipment is safe
  • Co-ordinate cross-training within the department, monitor training requirements and implement training as required
About You
Desired skills & knowledge:


  • Previous experience in a manufacturing management position
  • Knowledge of Goods-In processes
  • Capable of working in a culturally diverse environment
  • Able to work flexibly when required
  • MHE experience is essential
