About The Role

We're now looking to expand our Internal Recruitment team in Barton-Upon-Humber with the addition of a Recruitment Business Partner. The successful candidate will assist in supporting our talent strategy and growth plans, working closely with internal teams to ensure we are attracting the best talent!

It is a fast paced role where you will be recruiting for Kitchen Sales Consultants, Weekend Advisors and Retail Receptionists. You will be a strong support to the team and the Head of Department, ensuring our long term objectives are consistently met.  


Key responsibilities of this role will include:
 
  • Assist the Head of Recruitment and HR Department with sourcing high calibre candidates into the business
  • Demonstrate ability to manager a variety of stakeholders with complex requirements and different priority levels
  • Managing full cycle recruitment for your chosen area of showrooms
  • Support dedicated showrooms with current and future hiring needs including specialist and volume recruitment projects and campaigns
  • Screen job applications, conduct phone interviews and support showrooms with their interview and onboarding process
  • Ability to identify and secure passive candidates via various channels - Job Boards, LinkedIn, Networking, Careers Fairs and events etc
  • Understanding market trends for your showroom areas, developing key insights to present to stakeholders to ensure we are attracting the right talent
  • Develop relationships at all levels within the organisation, working closely with senior management and directors

About You
Who are we looking for?

  • A proven track record of successfully delivering recruitment campaigns as well as directly sourcing candidates ideally across a large and complex organisation or within an agency environment 
  • Experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system) is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communicator and networker with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and prospective candidates
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Enthusiastic and engaging manner
