About The Role
The main focus of this position will be to provide assistance to the IT Director and IT team on a day-to-day basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual with an administrative background seeking to progress their career within this line of work!
You will support the IT Director with the day-to-day management of the IT department. Key aspects to this role will be attending meetings - logging actions and minutes. This role will be required to manage varied administrative tasks such as holidays, employee reviews, managing calendars and booking key events. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to develop their career within a fast-paced environment!
Main responsibilities:
  • Managing correspondence - read, distribute and action 
  • Manage inbound tasks
  • Organise team holiday calendars - ensuring effective holiday management across key roles
  • Extensive day-to-day diary management
  • Reporting actions and minutes from key meetings
  • General administrative responsibilities to support the IT department
  • Organising and attending department feedback meetings and IT update meetings with department heads
  • Organising/supporting procurement management
  • Organising travel arrangements for meetings & events
  • Sending key department action updates to department managers
  • Supporting IT facility changes such as organise desk moves of office changes
