About The Role
Main responsibilities:
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Co-ordinate both incoming and outgoing mail
  • Screen incoming calls and direct to the appropriate area when necessary
  • Collate and manage stationary order requirements
  • Answering incoming calls, screening the calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Greet all guests to create a warm and accommodating environment
  • Collate and manage stationary orders and deliveries, accurately logging these on the costing record    
  • Maintain a tidy, safe and clean reception area
  • Manage the distribution of incoming post and deliveries, and co-ordinate outgoing post
  • Respond to any e-mail queries and direct to the appropriate person where required
  • Support the field installation department in administrative duties
  • Deal with ad-hoc customer queries that come in to the reception telephone line
  • Undertake any required training and development
