We are seeking a Sales Manager to help continue driving the business forward, working closely with the General Manager and the showroom team we want you to provide guidance and mentorship to a team of Kitchen Sales Consultants ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
You will identify opportunities for the team to increase sales growth and ensure that Wrens standard of customer service is being consistently delivered. You will always display a can-do attitude, maintaining a positive and motivating environment. With a hands-on approach to recruitment, development, coaching and managing all showroom colleagues, this is a great opportunity to develop your management career. As a Sales Manager, you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days.
