Are you an experienced handyman/woman or have good knowledge of bedroom / kitchen installations as well as good communication skills? Then this role could be perfect for you. We are looking for professional handymen/women and multi-traders who like what they do, are proud of their work and will go the extra mile to make sure their customers have the best service experience. Our team of Kitchen Warranty Engineers will service our warranty customers, carry out remedial work and support our existing Wren Approved Kitchen Installers when required.
Main responsibilities:
- The role will cover a variety of basic carpentry duties including, assembly and installation of kitchen components and appliances
- Field based working from a local showroom / Head Office attending our customers’ homes
- Working at different stages of the kitchen installation, primarily post installation warranty work
- All jobs assigned from the office with full support from the office team
- Working from a fully automated system with calendar and job details
- Ability to work independently or with other contractors
- Communication with our customer to resolve queries quickly and efficiently
- Gain customer satisfaction and installation / warranty sign off
- Maintain company provided van and tools to required standard
- Supporting colleagues in surrounding areas should workload dictate
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
