About The Role
We have an incredible opportunity to join our team here at Wren Kitchens as a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst! This is a key role to help us provide administrative support to the Business Intelligence Analysts to assist on internal projects. Ideally, we are looking for 6 months’ experience, however it is not essential as full training will be provided by experienced members of the team.


Main responsibilities:

  • Creating/maintain reports to measure key metrics within the Training, HR and Recruitment departments
  • Analysing trends within key metrics that influence performance
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of specific metrics within training
  • Produce and communicate insightful analysis according to audience and business needs
  • Creating presentations for internal stakeholders to review weekly metrics
  • Providing accurate data to departments and key stakeholders
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
 
You will:
 
  • Learn how the business operates from subject matter experts
  • Utilise Excel to its fullest potential
  • Extract data by writing MySQL scripts
  • Automate Excel routines by learning how to write VBA code
  • Work with the BI Analysts and begin to think like an Analyst
  • Learn along with the rest of the team as we implement latest in analytics & dashboarding technologies
