About The Role
Main responsibilities:
  • To conduct the site induction
  • Arranging site re-inductions
  • Conducting tool box talks
  • Creating and instructing safety & environmental awareness campaigns
  • Instructing practical & classroom based courses to a schedule
  • Data entry and database management
  • Keeping track of ongoing jobs, liaising with H&S, Environmental, Engineering & factory staff
  • Other general duties may be required
Additional training & instruction required through time, will be provided by Wren.
About You
Mandatory Skills:
  • Previous experience in a Health, Safety and Environmetal based role
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Polish (Required)
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
  • Able to multi task with some disruptions
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
