About The Role
As an Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Planer Development team, working from our Head Office at The Nest. You will be assisting the team with day-to-day admin tasks, collating feedback from areas of the business such as Customer Service, Compliance Officers and The Retail Team, reviewing and managing feedback, collating and summarising actions.
 
Main responsibilities: 
 
  • Collating feedback from different areas within the business
  • Creating and maintaining project timeline
  • Minute taking in weekly team meetings and following up with assigned actions and tasks
  • Collating and summarising actions from meeting with key departments
  • Working closely with the Business Analyst to make sure projects are being delivered seamlessly and all key areas are aware
  • Working closely with the product team to make sure all products have the images and product information uploaded
  • Additional administrative tasks
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document
