Our Customer Service Advisors specialise in different elements of our customer’s journey; from supporting with supply-only orders, to assisting with the kitchen installation process, right through to helping with warranty claims.

Main Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership and proactively resolving customer queries through various channels of communication to provide the best resolution
- Assist retail showrooms with any queries relating to the systems or processes
- Identify and report on any processes that could be improved upon to enhance customer experience
- Demonstrate empathy and clear understanding when liaising with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with external contractors and a range of internal key stakeholders in the business
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
