We are looking for bright, friendly and attentive people who are truly customer focussed to join our busy Customer Service Team. You’ll be working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, that will enable you to build the skills and confidence needed to ensure that our customers’ needs are met. You’ll be surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.
Throughout your apprenticeship you’ll be fully trained on how to resolve any customer queries and issues through various channels of communication.
The main duties of the role will include:
- Answering calls
- Responding to emails
- Monitoring processes that can improve the customer experience
- Keeping customers updated
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
