About The Role
We've come a long way since the birth of Wren Kitchens in 2009. As we continue to go from strength to strength, opening new showrooms aross the UK, the need to recruit fantastic new employees behind the scenes across many of our divisions throughout the UK is constantly increasing.
We're now looking to expand our Head Office Recruitment team in Barton-Upon-Humber with the addition of a Internal Recruiter/ Resourcer. The successful candidate will assist the Recruitment Manager and the HR department in sourcing, interviewing and onboarding high calibre candidates in to the business.
You'll also assist the Recruitment Manager on other vacancies in various departments throughout the business, including Head Office, IT, Customer Service, Transport and Manufacturing.
Critical purpose of the role:
  • To assist the Recruitment Manager and HR Department with recruiting high calibre candidates in to the business
  • Screening initial job applications, arranging interviews where necessary and managing the onboarding process for successful candidates for your designated vacancies
  • Ensuring all candidates receive a world class recruitment process throughout
Main responsibilities:
  • Sourcing high calibre candidates for designated vacancies across different departments
  • Screening job applications and assisting in the decision making of successful/ unsuccessful applications
  • Coordinating with Hiring Managers to arrange interviews with candidates
  • Carrying out telephone interviews when required
  • Giving feedback to candidates when required
  • Managing the onboarding process for new starters, working with the Recruitment Manager, HR and the Hiring Manager to deliver the best possible onboarding process
  • Contacting new starters who haven’t completed their contracts
  • Creating job adverts when required, including social media posts
  • Assisting in the management of the recruitment/ careers email inboxes
  • Helping to arrange, set up and carry out recruitment events
  • Attending external recruitment events with the Recruitment Manager
  • Checking references for new starters
About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
  • At least 1 years experience within a Recruitment/ Resourcing role – either internally or agency
  • Previous experience of using an ATS would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills
  • Friendly, approachable and self-motivated
  • Proven self-starter, with the ability to deliver on targets without constant supervision
