As an area sales representative, you will play a vital role in growing our trade business. You will hold quality conversations with trade professionals regarding the benefits of having a trade account with Wren. You will be customer focused and generate your own leads, whilst being an ambassador for the UK’s leading kitchen retailer.
You'll receive a competitive basic salary of £26,000, with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.
Main responsibilities:
• Represent Wren in a positive way, engaging with clients around your area.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Wren Trade to potential clients, generating and following leads to increase custom.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with existing account holders and potential new customers
• Keep up-to date records of each project and customer, enabling ongoing communication and in keeping with GDPR.
• Work closely with the store management teams and grow the customer base collaboratively
• Achieve and exceed individual and store-wide KPIs
