Maintenance Facilities Supervisor

Main responsibilities:

• You will be required to manage a team of operatives to ensure compliance and professional cost-effective service delivery is maintained
• Assist with the recruitment and supervision of staff
• Produce rotas for the operative team
• Lead on fault finding investigations and proposals for resolutions
• Regular review of processes and procedures to seek continuous improvement
• Implement quality control mechanisms to ensure planned and reactive works are being carried out correctly
• Install clean and tidy standards throughout the team engineering stores and plant Rooms
• Accurate and regular upkeep of specific compliance logs

• Previous experience of mechanical & electrical/plumbing works preferably within a facilities background with extensive supervisory experience and be capable of covering for the Facilities Manager when necessary
• Conversant with computerised maintenance management systems (shire system-pirana)
• Qualified to at least NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline
• IT literate with excellent communication skills
