Due to our ever-growing expansion into the US, we are now looking to expand our internal USA Recruitment Team in Barton-upon-Humber with the addition of a Recruitment Business Partner to help support our recruitment need across the North East of America.

The role will be based at our Head Office in Barton upon Humber working shifts to be in line with the USA time schedule; 11am - 730pm / 12pm - 8:30pm / 1pm-9:30pm.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through various recruitment methods (eg. Online channels, referrals, headhunting)
• Supporting with recruitment for new showroom openings
• Supporting with recruitment of our USA Retail, Compliance and Head Office functions
• Advertising vacancies via job boards and the Wren Careers website
• Arranging and carrying out phone interviews and online video interviews
• Managing a talent pool of candidates
• Managing the candidate process through our Applicant Tracking System
• Building relationships with hiring managers and the wider recruitment/HR team
• Managing the teams excel reports, demonstrating placement progress
