About the role:
We are looking for a Designate Showroom Manager to become a part of the leading UK Kitchen Retailer. This role offers the chance to not only grasp the fundamentals of our business and the incredibly successful Wren Way but also to become proficient in co-managing one of our dynamic showrooms. Once fully trained and an opportunity arises, there will be the potential to take on the exciting responsibility of managing your own showroom!
We're looking for a Designate Showroom Manager to join the team in the Manchester area. You will be influential in helping to build high achieving design teams across multiple showrooms in your designated area
Main responsibilities:
- Train and work with experienced managers in some of our showrooms of excellence, learning the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom.
- Work with both General Managers and Assistant Managers to become a well-rounded Wren manager
- Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
