About The Role
Wren Kitchens have an exciting opportunity available for a delivery-focused Website Coordinator to help deliver website projects and improvements that ensure our customers have the best possible online experience.
 
Our ideal candidate will have an interest in digital technology and will be able to adapt to a reactive working environment.
 
Full training will be provided so that the successful candidate can grow to provide a significant contribution to the Marketing team.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Gathering project requirements from stakeholders and communicating these to web designers and developers.
  • Attending collaborative meetings to review projects, manage priorities and track progress.
  • Support the Head of Online with implementing SEO for the website to appeal to both search engines and users.
  • Ongoing audit of the site and suggesting recommendations to improve the usability and experience for prospective customers.
  • Briefing the design team with asset requests e.g. website banners, new pages and iterative improvements to existing pages.
  • Briefing copywriting agency for content requests.
  • Ensuring the timely delivery and advertisement of the promotional calendar on the website.
  • Curating and approving user generated content e.g. onsite reviews, customer kitchens and case studies.
  • Reporting back to the Head of Online on project progress.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Understanding of the importance of the role that the website & ecommerce function plays in the wider business.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for all things ecommerce and Retail.
