About The Role
Critical purpose of role:
  • Improving the overall standards of the Field Installation team by assessing the internal quality of the work undertaken
  • Identifying any key areas for improvement and working with the team to improve standards of work
Main responsibilities:
  • Carry out reviews on samples of visit reports conducted by Field Installation Managers, grading the overall standard and compliance to operating procedures
  • Assessing and auditing operational reports including audit trails and key stakeholder data to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing constructive feedback to Field Installation Managers on any improvements identified which need to be made
  • Driving an environment of continuous improvement within the team to constantly improve the standards of work being carried out with our customers
  • Summarising the outcome of the audits and reporting to key stakeholders on any reoccurring trends for training requirements
  • Working with Field Installation Managers to ensure that a cost-efficient approach is being taken whilst maintaining a world class customer experience.
About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge
Essential:

  • Technical knowledge of kitchen installations and legislations
  • Knowledge of audit compliance documentation within the kitchen industry
  • Previous experience of influencing key stakeholders to improve working standards
  • Highly methodical and process driven with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Desired:
  • Knowledge of FIRA standards
