About The Role
As the company grows, so does our customer base meaning we're creating more and more data each day. In our Contact Centre, we have a fantastic Analystics team, but as the data grows so does their workload. So we're looking for an expereinced Data Analyst to join the team.
Experience of SQL (MYSQL), VBA and Power BI is what we're looking for as we use these tools to create our data in to reports that the stakeholders are able to understand. Perhaps you may have great experience in some of these areas, but not in others, so we're open to helping you learn and develop your skills further, as long as you have the right attitude and desire to do so.
The pace of work here is very, very fast as there are a lot of ad-hoc reports to create which means the role is quite pressurised, but if you're up for a great challenge in a growing company, this will definitely be the role for you!
