About The Role
On the evening of Tuesday 10th December, we'll be hosting our final Recruitment Event of the year for our customer service department. The event will take place from 16:00pm to 19:00pm with unlimited tea, coffee and cakes on offer!
 
Are you fed up of working unsociable hours?
In our customer service department, our Customer Service Advisors work Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 17:30pm. No weekends or shift work required, just normal office hours!

Maybe you’re fed up of working in a sales role?
Our advisors don’t sell, we simply aim to make the process for our customer as smooth as possible from start to finish as well as helping resolve any aftercare issues that may occur.

All our Customer Service Advisors in our customer service department are tasked with creating positive experiences for every customer who has already purchased one of our fantastic kitchens. Focusing on creating the best possible experience for our customers, our advisors are upbeat, friendly and extremely helpful which is one of the reasons why we are the UK's No.1 Kitchen Retailer. Whether you’re helping a customer resolve an issue with their kitchens or managing the installation process for them, you will always need to have an adaptive and enthusiastic approach. The role involves communicating by phone and email with our customers, and as each contact will be different, your adaptive approach alongside our fantastic training will prepare you for your time with us!
 
Our Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber is commutable from Hull, Grimsby and Scunthorpe as well as the smaller towns and villages in the local area!
 
Due to our commitment to providing our customers with world class customer service, we have recently increased the salary to £20,000 plus up to £500 a quarter bonus for the Customer Service Advisor positions.

About You
Desired skills and knowledge:
  • GCSE level C or above in English and Maths
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
