About The Role
Due to our continued success and our rapid expansion plans in 2019, we are looking for a Customer Operations Supervisor to complement our customer service department. As Customer Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our teams deliver excellent customer service whilst achieving both personal and department targets.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Motivate, guide and mentor team members to exceed goals whilst creating a positive working environment
  • Oversee department resource to ensure the teams dynamic is managed effectively with no bearing on performance and targets
  • Ensure the team provide excellent customer service and effectively manage any complaints
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of company products and services, offering support and information to team members
  • Audit and oversee department targets, employee development and internal reports
  • Strictly adhere to deadlines by communicating expectations to team members including setting goals, motivating team members and disciplining where necessary
  • Organise workflows to ensure that team members understand their duties and delegated tasks
  • Monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
