About The Role
We have a long heritage in the kitchen industry, and we are passionate about kitchens and providing a great customer service. To support with this, we’re looking for a Head Office Quartz Compliance Officer to ensure that high quality kitchen plans are always delivered by every Designer in the business.

You'll support the showroom-based Compliance Officer teams during peak trading times and their absence from the business, working towards reducing all errors within the business. You'll be seen as the expert and go-to person within the Contact Centre for our planner and product related queries and you'll provide training of new features. 

You’ll work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

As the role does require a technical understanding of the kitchen planning process, the ideal candidate is likely to have kitchen industry background. You may have experience as a Showroom Operations Manager, Kitchen Designer or Design Consultant.

As a Quartz Compliance Officer, you will:
  • Ensure high quality of plans are delivered by every Template Surveyor within the business
  • Assist Quartz Installers with queries they may have regarding the product
  • Audit the templates taken on site and work with the team to correct any errors found to improve the customer experience
  • Work towards reducing all errors within the business
  • Training of new features in both the planner and product
  • Seen as the expert and go to person within the business for planner and quartz product related queries

Main responsibility:

  • Provide constructive feedback on opportunities identified with the planner, systems and training to improve efficiencies
  • Carry out worktop plan checks on all showroom orders with Xena Quartz prior to contracting
  • Support the field installation team with onsite queries
  • Provide feedback to Template Surveyors following a plan check, addressing errors identified
  • Provide training and development with the relevant Template Surveyors when errors are identified during a plan check
  • Complete daily reports to log the plans checked, training sessions carried out, and timesheet for day
  • Attend regular meetings with the other Quartz Compliance Officers to offer improvement feedback and share ideas
  • Identify and report to the field-based Template Manager any additional training requirements required within their team
  • Audit plan annotations from the template to ensure standards are being met
  • Attend new product launches and train out where required
  • Attend training sessions for new launches / improvements and changes to the planner system to ensure you have an unrivalled knowledge of the planner
About You
Desired skills and knowledge:
  • Exceptional skills in using design software i.e the 2D-3D planner system
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of kitchen installation and legislation
  • Analytical thinking to assist in problem solving
