About The Role
As part of our in-house design team, you will be an essential part in shaping the look and feel of our customer journey. You will be responsible for the design of marketing materials in the UK and USA, and always be on the look out for new opportunities for Wren.
 
The right candidate will maximise opportunities through design to promote Wren's customer journey via email, point of sale, advertising and editorial. You'll design innovative marketing solutions, ensure a consistent brand experience and join in developing exciting advertising campaigns to support and service our valued customers.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop inspirational showroom displays that demonstrate Wren Kitchens USP
  • Contribute designs and layouts for home and lifestyle magazine advertising, editorial, brochure and internal applications
  • Manage digital marketing applications, including high definition external advertising and innovative showroom experiences
  • Create promotional campaigns around key trading dates to maximise footfall
  • Examine how to adapt or innovate existing UK marketing materials
  • Ensure a high and favourable brand image is sustained across all media

About You
Your skills and experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a retail marketing role (agency or in house)
  • Strong copy writing and editing skills
  • Experience of working on integrated campaigns
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and a clear communicator who can get to the heart of complicated issues with speed
  • Experience of working in a collegiate way with colleagues and/or agencies
