About The Role
To complement our huge expansion plans for 2020, we are looking to recruit a number of Business Analysts in to the Wren family at our state-of-the-art Head Office facility. We’re looking for Business Analysts, both junior and experienced to provide additional skill sets and resource to different departments within the business including our IT, Retail Operations and Marketing departments. Moving in to 2020, we are expecting our biggest year yet in terms of growth and there are many very exciting projects you could be working on!
 
Retail Operations:

As the UK’s No.1 Kitchen Retailer, our Retail Operations team are constantly coming up with brand new initiatives to help drive the business forward. Some projects the Business Analysts could be working on include; making improvements to our industry leading CRM system, integrating remote planning tools to our Front-End system, developing our iPads to assist lead generation and customer management as well as developing our brand new Wren Kitchens App!

Marketing:
Our Marketing team are key to making sure that new and existing customers are fascinated by the Wren brand and the industry leading kitchens that we offer. They are constantly working on new, exciting projects across the business including web design, social media and content to go in all of our branded products, making sure that when someone wants to buy a kitchen, they buy a Wren kitchen!

3D Kitchen Planner:

At Wren, we don't just make kitchens, we make the software that designs them too! We’ve built, maintained and developed the system in house, meaning that we have full control over any changes and developments needed to be made so when we say it is industry leading, it really is! Our largest development team work on the Kitchen Planner focusing on making the design process faster, easier and even more engaging. We also develop our in-house Virtual Reality software which is used in specially designed VR design rooms within our showrooms. We are looking for three highly motivated, driven and creative Business Analysts with a proven track record of delivering projects.
About You
As we’re looking to recruit a number of Business Analysts for different departments, we’re open to different backgrounds and experiences to enhance our teams. The Business Analysts must be passionate and driven, with a keen interest in working on the projects outlined in this advert!
  • A commercial background with experience working on projects in either IT, marketing, web design, retail, sales or app development
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • An excellent understanding of all Microsoft Applications
  • Experience in Agile methodology
