About The Company

Wren Kitchens is a truly passionate, family-run business, dedicated to delivering success with our strong commitment and loyalty to customer experience. In less than ten years, we have become the UK’s largest kitchen retailer. With 72 showrooms nationwide already, we will continue major expansion in the future.

This year also saw Wren named #2 top rated workplace in the UK. In addition to this, The Telegraph recognised us as the fastest growing bricks and mortar retailer with annual sales of over £500m and the Sunday Times ranked us as the 12th largest privately owned company in the UK.

About The Role
We're opening a new showroom in Basingstoke later this year in November.  We are now looking for Kitchen Designers to join us now and train with us, in preparation for the showroom's grand opening!
Previous kitchen experience isn't essential in this role as, at Wren, we believe in growing our talent. We provide full training when you join, so to start, you'll be enrolled onto our 4-week Kitchen Sales Consultant Training Academy course. You’ll begin your journey in the showroom, learning about our products and our systems and completing an e-learning programme.

After that, we’ll send you to our purpose built Training Academy where you’ll receive some intensive face-to-face kitchen training, alongside other trainees. This course will provide you with all of the knowledge and practical skills that you need in order to be a successful Kitchen Sales Consultant.

Once you’ve graduated our Academy, you’ll go back to the showroom and have the assistance of an existing kitchen designer to provide further support with designing and selling kitchens.
