About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of our new greenfield, native mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in defining, developing, and launching mobile apps that meet user needs and business goals. They will also have a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and agile development methodologies.

This role will be based at our head office in Barton-Upon-Humber, North Lincolnshire, with the opportunity for hybrid working - 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.

Main responsibilities:

Understand the company's overall business objectives and translate them into a clear product vision.
Conduct market research and user analysis to identify user needs and opportunities.
Develop a product roadmap that outlines the product's evolution over time.
Prioritize product features and backlog items based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Work with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
Collaborate with the development team to estimate and track the completion of product features.
Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly and engaging product experiences.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to ensure that products meet user needs.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Communicate product performance insights to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions about product development.

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

5+ years of experience in product management or related role.
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching digital products.
Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies.
