About The Role

The IT Performance team ensures smooth operations by supporting with onboarding, performance management and time & attendance. We enact positive change by supporting the internal training scheme and through the introduction of the progression plan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department
  • Manage the department's rota and generate reports to monitor staff scheduling and availability
  • Report on HR processes such as recruitment, training, and employee relations, ensuring accurate records and compliance
  • Evaluate employee performance, create performance reports and identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage the onboarding process for new Wren employees to provide a great start with the business
  • Conducting exit interviews for departing employees, gathering insights to improve employee retention
 
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

Mandatory 
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting
Desirable
  • Experience in producing and maintaining performance related dashboards
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business
  • Strong analytical thinking to identify trends and insights from performance data
