We’re on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Team Leader / Team Manager to join our dynamic Customer Installation Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Installation Coordinators to manage the end-to-end installation process whether it be during their initial installation or during a warranty claim.
  • Monitoring team performance to ensure KPIs are met, including customer satisfaction, resolution times, and efficiency metrics.
  • Collaborating with installers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Coaching your team to handle customer cases with empathy, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Managing escalations and ensuring swift resolution for complex cases, all while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Continuously improving processes and communication pathways to enhance the customer experience.

About You

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a team management role.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others positively.
  • A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Great organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bedroom installations or similar industries is advantageous but not essential.
