What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Installation Coordinators to manage the end-to-end installation process whether it be during their initial installation or during a warranty claim.
- Monitoring team performance to ensure KPIs are met, including customer satisfaction, resolution times, and efficiency metrics.
- Collaborating with installers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Coaching your team to handle customer cases with empathy, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving.
- Managing escalations and ensuring swift resolution for complex cases, all while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Continuously improving processes and communication pathways to enhance the customer experience.
