Engineering Team Leader

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervising and leading Engineering Team
• Plan and schedule day-to-day repairs and improvement projects for production machines and supporting equipment
• Ensure that breakdowns are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and accurately processed in Shire (CMMS) system
• Maintain Engineering compliance, ensuring all equipment is safe and operational
• Responsible for the PPM Leadership in designated area
• Support Engineering Manager and Supervisor on site with machine improvement plans
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management, providing status updates and actionable feedback to relevant parties

• HNC/HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Self-motivated with strong prioritisation skills
• Relevant experience in Engineering management, ideally in the woodworking industry, FMCG experience is a bonus
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
