About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst Manager to lead our business analysis team, bridging the gap between technology and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage a team, liaise with stakeholders, and drive IT solutions that align with business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Leadership & Team Management

· Lead and mentor a team of business analysts and requirements coordinators, ensuring effective collaboration and development.

· Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for business analysis.

· Manage workload distribution, performance reviews, and professional development.

Business Analysis & Strategy

· Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify and document business needs.

· Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend IT-driven improvements.

· Define and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.

· Support IT strategy by aligning business goals with technological solutions.

· Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed, and project goals are clearly defined.

 

Project & Change Management

· Support project teams in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.

· Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions for IT implementations.

· Work closely with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

About You

Required Skills & Experience

· Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst Manager or a similar leadership role.

· Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.

· Experience managing and mentoring teams of business analysts.

· Knowledge of IT systems, software development life cycles (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive business-IT alignment.

· Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

 
 

Preferred Qualifications

· Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

· Experience with business intelligence tools, process automation, and ERP/CRM systems.
