As our business continues to grow, the number of fantastic kitchens we deliver to our customers’ homes is constantly increasing. Due to this growth, we are now looking to recruit two Driver Support Advisors to support the expansion of our Delivery Support and Transport teams.
The Driver Support Advisor role will have a strong element of customer service as you will be liaising with different teams and customers throughout the day, but also carrying out key administration tasks as well. The position would suit an experienced customer service or administrator professional who is looking to join the UK's No.1 Retail business to work for!
Critical Purpose of the Role:
- Liaise with Delivery Crews and customers to ensure all potential delivery issues are resolved
- Pro-actively resolve internal and external queries through various channels of communication
- To achieve departments targets and expectations set out by department managers
Main responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from Delivery Crews and resolve any issues/ queries
- Actively monitor live transport data and highlight/ resolve any potential issues
- Assist internal departments with any queries
- Contact Delivery Crews/ customers to resolve any potential delivery issues
- Maintain spreadsheet data to keep records up to date
- Create and manage daily reports to be sent to management, highlighting any concerns
- Provide all Wren customers/ internal departments with exceptional customer service
- Assist with processing failed deliveries
