About The Role

Are you a detail-oriented communicator with a passion for digital marketing and a hunger to learn? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Wren at an incredibly exciting time. We’re at the beginning of a transformative journey—introducing cutting-edge platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud to revolutionise our customer communications. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in email marketing, even if you’re just starting out in your career. As part of our team, you’ll help deliver engaging, personalised, and effective marketing campaigns that not only inform, but elevate the customer experience. You’ll work closely with experienced marketers, gaining hands-on training and exposure to a complex customer journey, alongside the very latest in marketing technology and strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of day-to-day (BAU) marketing email campaigns, including briefing, building, proofreading, testing, scheduling and reporting, for UK, US and Trade markets.
  • Work alongside the Communications Team to define email, SMS and Push Notification content and messaging for both customer journey and marketing communications in the UK, US and for our Trade offering.
  • Learn to apply personalisation and dynamic content to deliver truly 1-to-1 customer journeys.
  • Actively report on email performance and make suggestions / recommendations based on performance, channel and competitor analysis.
  • Help to drive efficiency and optimisation across campaigns, including the implementation and management of an a/b testing programme.
  • Liase with internal stakeholders, including managers and directors, to gather input and share results.
  • Be an advocate for communications best practice, including but not exclusive to GDPR regulations and accessibility.

  • Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail ·
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects ·
  • An analytical eye for detail across both design and data ·
  • Confident in communicating with team members and stakeholders across all levels ·
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and a flexible approach to tasks ·
  • Ability to work well to tight schedules and deadlines. ·
  • A drive for keeping up-to-date with best-practice and industry / channel news. ·
  • A fast learner with a proactive approach to working
