Email Marketing Executive

As part of our team, you’ll help deliver engaging, personalised, and effective marketing campaigns that not only inform, but elevate the customer experience. You’ll work closely with experienced marketers, gaining hands-on training and exposure to a complex customer journey, alongside the very latest in marketing technology and strategy.

• Assist in the execution of day-to-day (BAU) marketing email campaigns, including briefing, building, proofreading, testing, scheduling and reporting, for UK, US and Trade markets.
• Work alongside the Communications Team to define email, SMS and Push Notification content and messaging for both customer journey and marketing communications in the UK, US and for our Trade offering.
• Learn to apply personalisation and dynamic content to deliver truly 1-to-1 customer journeys.
• Actively report on email performance and make suggestions / recommendations based on performance, channel and competitor analysis.
• Help to drive efficiency and optimisation across campaigns, including the implementation and management of an a/b testing programme.
• Liase with internal stakeholders, including managers and directors, to gather input and share results.
• Be an advocate for communications best practice, including but not exclusive to GDPR regulations and accessibility.
