About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and a strong understanding of recruitment processes, as well as a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience.

 
Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Take ownership of tasks which do not require immediate management input
  • Taking minutes and producing presentations
  • Reporting and analysing data
  • Track changes in placements and applications
  • Liaising with Training & HR departments
  • Checking right to works and contracts are compliant
  • Chasing new starters who haven’t completed their paperwork online and assisting with any issues
  • Creating and submitting daily and weekly reports
  • Use licenses to curate interview and induction packs
  • Pick up ad-hoc tasks when asked from higher management

About You

About you:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous recruitment experience or familiarity with recruitment processes would be advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and the management of confidential information is advantageous.
