About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Recruitment Marketing Manager to take ownership of our recruitment marketing presence across key platforms—including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and our careers website.
 
This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring our employer brand is represented consistently and compellingly across all touchpoints, attracting top talent through targeted campaigns, creative content, and continuous optimisation. With responsibility spanning both the UK and US markets, you’ll need to bring cultural awareness, strategic insight, and a good understanding of regional recruitment practices.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage a strategic content calendar with regular updates that highlight our people, culture, and business achievements.
  • Review Management: Create and execute a review strategy to increase volume and improve ratings across platforms. Monitor, respond to, and report on reviews.
  • Channel Maintenance: Ensure all recruitment-related content is current and engaging across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and our careers website.
  • Performance Reporting: Own recruitment marketing reporting, analysing performance metrics and identifying optimisation opportunities for job ads, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Event Representation: Attend career fairs and recruitment events, confidently promoting Wren Kitchens as an employer of choice with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Paid Advertising: Strategically manage recruitment advertising budgets to maximise reach, traffic, and candidate quality through targeted campaigns.

About You

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding
  • Strong communicator with excellent written English and editorial skills
  • Analytical mindset with proven experience in performance tracking and reporting
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to stay ahead of recruitment marketing trends
  • Strategic thinker with a creative flair and ability to manage and optimise multiple channels
  • Confident and personable, able to represent the brand positively at events
  • Comfortable working across both UK and US markets, with an understanding of cultural and process differences.
