Manufacturing Trainer

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out inductions with new starters
• Provide site tours and orientations as part of the induction process
• Respond to queries from new starters and provide ongoing support throughout their onboarding journey
• Conduct review meetings with new starters to identify any gaps or challenges in the onboarding process
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between departments to ensure an effective induction and onboarding process
• Deliver a range of bespoke training to all employees including management
• Create and maintain engaging training materials, such as guides, presentations, and work instructions
• Maintain accurate training records in line with internal and regulatory requirements
• Conduct ongoing refresher training as per company guidelines
• Evaluate training effectiveness using a range of methods such as feedback and observations
• Promote a strong health & safety culture during all training activitie
