About The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our internal team, supporting and optimising our multi-cloud Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud). You’ll handle configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day platform needs, collaborate with development and QA teams, and document test steps for automation. Reporting to the Salesforce Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects and enhancing platform performance.
 
This is a hybrid role based at Barton-upon-Humber.
 
Main Responsibilities: 
 
  • Configure, customise, and maintain Salesforce (Service, Field, Experience Clouds) using Lightning App Builder, Flows, and other declarative tools.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security compliance.
  • Ensure data quality through imports, exports, and clean-up.
  • Document manual test steps, liaise with testers, and support automation handover.
  • Suggest and implement UX and process improvements to reduce manual effort.
  • Deploy work via Copado CI/CD and support release readiness.
  • Contribute to training, documentation, and stay up to date with platform updates.

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
 
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator with hands-on Service Cloud experience.
  • Additional certifications (e.g. App Builder, Service Cloud) desirable; Field Service experience advantageous.
  • Skilled in Lightning Flexi Pages, Salesforce Flows, basic configuration (Objects, Fields, Layouts, Validation Rules), External Services, Named Credentials, and Prompt Builder.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking for test case creation.
