Critical Purpose of Role:
    - Deliver a world-class induction and onboarding experience that boosts engagement and reduces turnover within the first six months.
 
    - Act as an expert in Wren’s customer journey, products, and technology.
 
    - Support retail teams in building product knowledge and delivering outstanding customer service.
 
    - Coach and develop new employees through engaging, blended learning.
 
    - Champion Wren’s culture, values, and mindset through example.
 
    - Evaluate and enhance training programmes for improved performance.
 
    - Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business goals and strategy.
 
    - Innovate training design and delivery using new methods and technology.
 
    - Oversee the full training lifecycle—from design to delivery and administration.
 
Main Responsibilities:
    - Deliver Wren’s 5-day award-winning induction for new retail starters.
 
    - Provide additional training for Mobile Designers and ongoing support throughout the 12-week induction period.
 
    - Evaluate learning outcomes to ensure key benchmarks are met.
 
    - Coach and mentor employees to help them reach their full potential.
 
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials and records.
 
    - Provide timely feedback to line managers.
 
    - Support the creation of relevant eLearning content.
 
    - Maintain a positive, professional learning environment.
 
    - Undertake additional tasks as required by the line manager.
