About The Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support the planning and delivery of digital and technology solutions across the business. Working closely with a senior delivery lead, you will gather, structure, and document business and user requirements to ensure development teams have clear, actionable information. This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone building their career in digital delivery, analysis, or product development, with a key role in ensuring user needs are well understood and effectively translated into successful technology outcomes.
 
This hybrid role is based in Barton-Upon-Humber with occasional travel to other Wren locations.

Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Capture and clarify business and user requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Translate objectives into clear documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and team leads to ensure requirements are understood and development-ready.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support agile activities such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
  • Gather user and stakeholder feedback to inform priorities, working closely with senior delivery staff to ensure alignment and clarity.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
 

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
 
  • Some experience within a digital or IT environment, ideally in a support, analysis, or delivery coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain ideas.
  • Collaborative mindset with an interest in technology delivery and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and ideally familiar with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Eagerness to learn agile practices and contribute to team planning and delivery activities.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive approach.
