About the role
• Reducing the designer error free issue percentage.
• Investigate all designer error free issues to determine the area(s) of improvement.

• Reducing the surveyor error free issue percentage.
• Investigate all surveyor error free issues to determine the area(s) of improvement.

• Support the field team by completing surveys where required, either during peak seasons or covering absences

• Collecting data and spotting trends in free issues for business improvements.
• Fielding calls from the customer service team to resolve customer issues.
• Building presentation material for cabinet and frontal highlighting suggested
improvements.
• Creating presentations for the showroom manager meetings to emphasise common
errors.
• Effectively communicating with internal departments when conducting investigations.
• Assisting internal departments to collate data and refine the automated compliance
reports.
• Working with internal departments and observing manufacturing processes.
• Conducting spot checks to ensuring quality standards on orders pre-delivery

• Exceptional knowledge of kitchen and bedroom design and installation techniques,
• Exceptional knowledge of guidelines and standards.
• Exceptional organisational skills,
• Exceptional time management skills,
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal,
• Excellent people management skills,
• Attention to detail
