We are recruiting for a PPC Lead / Paid Ads Manager to join our Digital Marketing team on a hybrid working pattern, based at our head office in Barton-upon-Humber.
This role will improve the performance, efficiency and quality of our paid search activity at scale. You will lead PPC across Google Ads, Performance Max, AI Max and wider search, ensuring campaigns are commercially focused, structured and continuously optimised.
You’ll also help represent Wren as part of our top-tier Google-recognised partner status, shaping paid search for one of the UK’s most recognised retail brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PPC, Performance Max, AI Max and paid search activity.
- Optimise campaign structure, bidding, keywords, audiences, creative assets and budget allocation.
- Analyse performance to identify growth opportunities, inefficient spend and actions.
- Manage the media agency, ensuring recommendations are data-led, commercial and delivered at pace.
- Review performance across acquisition efficiency, lead quality, conversion, visibility and revenue.
- Ensure automated campaigns have inputs, objectives, accurate conversion data and measurement.
- Use auction insights, search terms and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
- Improve visibility from query to click, lead, appointment, sale and revenue.
- Support budget planning with recommendations to scale, reduce, pause or reallocate spend
