About The Role

We’re looking for a talented Instructional Designer to join our Online Learning Team. As an Instructional Designer, you will transform business needs into engaging, effective learning experiences that improve performance. Working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will analyse learning requirements, write high-quality learning content, design learning solutions, and develop engaging digital resources.

This role requires an exceptional writer as much as a creative designer. You’ll be responsible for translating complex information into clear, engaging and accessible learning that is easy for learners to understand and apply. You’ll use digital authoring tools to bring learning to life through interactive eLearning, videos, guides and performance support resources

About You

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal subject matter experts.
  • Turn concepts into engaging learning materials, including eLearning modules and interactive guides.
  • Design, develop, and maintain eLearning modules using Articulate Rise 360, ensuring content is visually appealing, interactive, and effective.
  • Collaborate with other creatives to generate ideas and develop content.
  • Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, instructional effectiveness, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience
 
  •  Minimum of 3 year’s instructional design experience (in-house, agency, or freelance).
  • Proficient in Articulate Rise 360 for eLearning module creation.
  • Skilled in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator for designing guides and supporting materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphics, Visual Communication, UX/UI Design, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
