About The Role

We are looking for an organised and outcome-driven individual to take ownership of planning, coordinating, and tracking the successful delivery of change initiatives across the organisation. This role acts as the anchor for ensuring work progresses in line with agreed timelines, dependencies are managed, and stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will work across multiple functions, bringing together technical, business, and support teams to ensure that initiatives are delivered effectively, risks are managed, and progress is visible. This role is ideal for someone who excels at planning, coordination, and communication — and who enjoys keeping work moving.

This role is based at Barton-upon-Humber with the option of hybrid working.

What Wren offer:

  • Life Assurance after 2 years’ service
  • Access to Benenden health and discount platform after 1 years of continuous service
  • Staff discount on purchasing a kitchen/bedroom after 1 year of continuous service
  • Eye Care Vouchers
  • Refer a Friend Scheme
  • Free onsite gym

Main Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment between teams, tasks, and milestones.
  •  Coordinate day-to-day delivery activity, tracking progress, dependencies, and blockers across teams.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and escalate issues or risks that may impact agreed outcomes.
  • Facilitate progress updates, stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions as needed to keep work on track.
  • Ensure the right people are involved at the right time, and that stakeholders are engaged, informed, and clear on next steps.
  • Maintain clear documentation of scope, plans, risks, decisions, and actions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support teams in managing delivery governance — including reporting, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and formal checkpoint reviews.
  • Work with leads across business and IT to align dependencies, capacity, and sequencing of work.
  • Help ensure that completed work meets expectations, and support handover into live service or business operations where relevant.
  • Coordinate across internal and third-party teams where delivery relies on external inputs or partnerships.
You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System

About You

  • Skilled at using tools such as project plans, action trackers, RAID logs, and dashboards to support clear, structured delivery.
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, and keeping a wide range of stakeholders aligned.
  • Able to interpret technical and business information and communicate it in a way that suits the audience.
