About The Role

As the Field Training Administrator, your primary focus will be on the coordination and administration of training activity for retail staff. You will be responsible for scheduling in-person and virtual training sessions, managing training records, and supporting attendance tracking and follow-up. You will also assist in the preparation of visually engaging training materials using Adobe InDesign.

This role is 37.5 hours working Monday-Friday and is well-suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks to support a fast-paced retail learning environment.

Main Responsibilities: 
 
  • Coordinate and schedule all in-person and virtual training sessions for retail teams
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and calendars across internal systems
  • Track and support attendance by issuing reminders, logging participation, and following up as needed
  • Assist in creating and formatting training documents using Adobe InDesign
  • Generate basic reports on training activity, including attendance and completion rates
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling and communication of training plans
  • Support internal communications relating to training — including updates, invitations, and follow-up messages
  • Provide general administrative support to the Training team across a range of tasks

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and reporting
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign to produce professional documents
  • High attention to detail when updating records or preparing training communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and responsive approach to supporting training delivery and follow-up
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (experience in a training or retail environment is desirable but not essential.
