About The Role

Working with developers, testers, UX, analysts and stakeholders, you will own the website backlog, define priorities and turn business and customer needs into clear deliverables. You will use data, feedback and commercial insight to improve customer journeys, website performance and conversion.

We’re looking to transform Wren’s suite of websites into market-leading digital experiences for our kitchen, bedroom, and trade offerings. By enhancing our digital capabilities with enterprise-level tools, we aim to connect online and in-store journeys, leverage data to improve customer journeys, and deliver the best kitchen and bedroom buying process in the world. 

Based in Barton-Upon-Humber 3 days a week and the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. 
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Own and prioritise the website product backlog.
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website journeys, usability and conversion.
  • Work closely with UX, development and QA teams to deliver high-quality website improvements.
  • Use analytics, customer feedback and commercial value to guide priorities.
  • Support A/B testing, experimentation and continuous optimisation.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, progress and expected outcomes.
  •  Support agile ceremonies and resolve delivery blockers.
  • Balance new features with technical improvements and maintenance
 
You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.

About You

Desired Skills & Knowledge:
 
  • Experience in website, ecommerce, digital product or agile delivery.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital improvements.
  • Strong understanding of UX, customer journeys and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience working with developers, UX, analysts and testers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise using data, customer insight and commercial value.
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Good understanding of website development processes.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Experience with web analytics or A/B testing is advantageous.
