We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Facilities Team Leader to join our expanding team based at our Head Office site in Barton-upon-Humber. This full time role follows a Monday to Friday, 4-On-4-Off rota from 6:00 to 16:45, with a salary of £38,000 plus a quarterly bonus of up to £500.
Main responsibilities:
- Supervise, train and support the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
- Oversee and perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, lighting).
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and support emergency response efforts.
- Work with external service providers for specialized repairs and upgrades.
- Provide regular updates to management and collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
- Monitor maintenance supplies, order parts as needed, and control costs effectively.
